ImNotify at our discretion will discontinue service to any of our clients that may be in violation of our Anti-Spam policy. By your request you may also remove yourself from any contact list of our client base.

ImNotify's website also contains an opt-out (do not contact) form where feedback can be reported directly to ImNotify's employees and contractors. Any and all information which is voluntarily submitted in such feedback forms is used for the purposes of reviewing this feedback and improving ImNotify.

We use secure technology to protect the data on your computer, any information you provide to our clients and use best practices to best protect the use of your cell phone information. Passive Information you provide to our clients is stored on secure databases. Your cell phone information cannot be accessed by any third party through Software.

No part of the Software is directed to children. We will never knowingly collect information from users under the age of 16.

If you wish to delete any personal information you submitted to ImNotify, you may do so by contacting us through our website at www.imnotify.com/consumer. We will notify you of our receipt of your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information (excluding any information necessary in order to detect fraudulent use) from our database within thirty working days from the date of the receipt of your request. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions. We reserve the right not to delete information in order to comply with applicable local laws or regulations.

If you send personal information through text messaging that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
